Social Media Marketing and Brand Manager
Job Description
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for executing social media strategy that engages consumers, bringing them closer to our client’s brands and the products they love. You will own day-to-day management of all social media platforms, including planning, scheduling, posting, and analyzing all social content. We are seeking candidates who live and breathe social media.
Responsibilities
→ Develop and manage social media strategy for key platforms aligning with overall marketing and business initiatives and goals
– Run the day-to-day execution of social, including scheduling, posting, and community managing across platforms
→ Build and execute a social media content roadmap to produce optimized content for each platform
– Project manage the production of social media content (via internal and external resources) from conception to execution
– Develop social media campaigns for new product launches, market launches and other marketing initiatives as needed
– Run the blog, including conceptualizing, writing, and posting content
→ Manage influencer marketing program across platforms
– Establish an influencer marketing strategy that supports overall marketing goals
– Identify and engage on-brand micro- and macro-influencer partners
– Create briefs, determine timelines, allocate budgets, and set deliverables, goals and expectations with influencer partners
→ Deliver monthly and quarterly social media analytics reports
– Measure KPIs, generate insights, and provide recommendations for go-forward strategy
– Leverage social listening capabilities to understand online conversations to develop meaningful opportunities for content on key platforms
– Keep finger on the pulse of social trends, new platform features and best practices, and emerging technologies to provide channel and community insights with actionable next steps on an ongoing basis

– Deep understanding of and passion for ever-evolving social media landscape (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest)
– Some Experience or absolute design to learn advertising on Facebook and Instagram
– Excellent copywriter with the proven ability to be concise, yet impactful in brand voice
– Quick learner, logical thinker and team player
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
– Very keen interest in social media marketing, content marketing, and/or community management
